Comprehensive Tx Plan Due Date

• Trigger: Different clinics have slightly different rules about the due date for Comprehensive Treatment Plans. Some base the due date off the Admission Date, others base it off the Admission Note Due Date, while others base it off of the number of Kept Appointments. Select the option that pertains to your agency (the trigger), and then enter the number of days after the trigger to schedule the Comprehensive Treatment Plan.
