Admission Note Due Date

• Include In Calculation: Different clinics have slightly different rules about when the Admission Note is due. Some clinics require that the Admission Note is due on the date of admission. Other clinics require that this document is done on the date of the first visit. Select either of these options and ClinicTracker will automatically set the appropriate due date when either the admission date is changed (through Compliance or Intake/Patient Info) or the first appointment is recorded (through Patient Contacts). If your clinic requires an Admission Date be entered on the Demographics form (Patients -> Demographics -> Intake tab) prior to locking the Admission Note, check the option for Require Admission Date to Lock.
