Active Problem Synchronization

• Active Problem Synchronization: If using the Patient Summary form, you are able to maintain a list of current and past patient problems. This option will allow you to have ClinicTracker automate adding entries to this list anytime a diagnosis is recorded within the client’s documentation.  Note: The synchronization process will only occur when locking a Diagnosis Assignment.

   

  There are three options to choose from:

  1. Auto: Any time a diagnosis is recorded that is not currently an active problem for the patient, add it to the active problem list and notify the user.
  2. Prompt: Any time a diagnosis is recorded that is not currently an active problem for the patient, ask the user if they would like to add it to the active problem list.
  3. None: Do not utilize this feature.
