Organize your Paperwork Menu to suit your clinic.


Option Location: Admin Config -> Set Global Stock Form Visibility

About Your Paperwork Menu

Administrative users may hide individual stock forms from being viewed in the clinic. They may also organize the paperwork menu to be useful to their users.

Hiding Stock Forms

  • Go to  Admin Config -> Set Global Stock Form Visibility.
  • Uncheck any form that should not be visible to users.

Creating a Top-Level Folder in the Paperwork Menu

  • Go to Admin Config -> Customize Paperwork Menu (Agency Default).
  • In the Menu Options dropdown, select Sub Menu.
  • Click Add Top-Level Folder.
  • In the Display Text field, enter your folder name.
  • Use the green arrows on the right side to move the folder up or down.
  • Save.

Creating a SubFolder in the Paperwork Menu

  • Admin Config -> Set Global Stock Form Visibility.

  • Select a Top-Level Folder.
  • In the Display Text field, enter your folder name.
  • Click Add Sublevel Folder.
  • Use the green arrows on the right side to move the folder up or down.
  • Save.
