Getting Started With Signature PIN

Permit users to sign paperwork with a numeric PIN in place of their ClinicTracker password.


About Signature Pin

Would you like your users to sign paperwork quickly and securely without entering their ClinicTracker password? Then set the Signature PIN option for your clinic.

Adding Signature Pin

  • To set the Signature PIN option, an Administrator can go to Admin Config > Options > Security > Enable Signature PIN.
  • Check the box to enable the option
  • Set the minimum number of digits that will be required when saving a PIN, and click OK.

Setting Up Signature PIn for an Individual User

  • An Administrator can go to Staff > Staff Info > Set Signature PIN.
  • Enter the user's current password and set the new PIN.
