Invite patients to check in for their appointment using a Kiosk running on a tablet or laptop.
About Self Check-In
Clinics with Staff Portal, can save time with our Self Check-In option. Position a tablet near the front door and patients can sign in for their appointment. Providers using the Staff Portal also have the ability to check patients in using the Kiosk on any device.
Adding Self Check-In
Log in to the Staff Portal and go to Kiosk Mode > Start and Patients will see the Get Started menu.
Next Steps: Patients will provide their name and date of birth and press Check-In. The system will find the patient's appointment and send a notification to the linked Staff member that the patient has checked in.
