Adding the ePrescribe Integration

To add ePrescribing or request a demonstration, please use the Support Tab to submit a ticket.

In response to your request, our team will send you a Practice Registration Form and an ePrescribing User Registration Form.
Registering your Clinic and Users for ePrescribing

Complete the Practice and User Registration Forms.

You will receive a ticket, indicating that the form has been received.

Once we’ve enabled the practice & users, we will send you an email with the next steps.
Creating a Staff Record for Prescribers

Each prescriber will need a Staff Info Record.

Understanding ePrescribing Roles
As you get started with Dr. First, it is helpful to understand which functions can be completed by each role.

Approve renewals

Delete patients from the practice's account

Add, delete, or edit patients' medication and allergy lists

Capable of performing Provider Agent, Clinical Staff, and Non-Clinical Staff functions as well

Electronically send non-controlled substance prescriptions on behalf of the provider; a copy is sent to the provider for signature
