About ASAM CO-Triage

ASAM CO-Triage is a computer-guided provisional referral tool for individuals with substance-use disorders and co-occurring conditions:

• Conducts a quick, initial assessment along the 6 ASAM Criteria dimensions to identify broad treatment needs
• Generates an initial level of care placement for referral
• Designed for both medical and non-medical settings and by providers who are non-specialists in addiction medicine
