About Referral Sources, Outside Providers, Schools, and Employers

Entering common referral sources, providers, pharmacies, schools, and employers will give users a dropdown list and can save time for your users who are completing fields in demographics.

Adding a Referral Source 

Go to Utilities > Maintenance > Referral Sources

• Enter the Referral Source

• Save.   

Adding an Outside Provider: Primary Care or Pediatrician 

Go to Utilities > Maintenance > Outside Provider Input: Primary Care Pediatrician.

• Enter the provider, address and phone number.

• Save.   

Adding an Outside Provider: Mental Health Provider

•  Go to Utilities > Maintenance > Outside Provider Input: Outside Mental Health Provider.

• Enter the provider, address and phone number.

• Save.   

Adding an Outside Provider: Pharmacy

•  Go to Utilities > Maintenance > Outside Provider Input: Pharmacy

• Enter the pharmacy, address and phone number.

• Save.   

Adding an Outside Provider: Lab

•  Go to Utilities > Maintenance > Outside Provider Input: Mental Health Provider.

• Enter the Lab.

• Save.   

Adding an Outside Provider: Radiology

•  Go to Utilities > Maintenance > Outside Provider Input: Radiology.

• Enter the Radiology Group.

• Save.   

Adding Schools

• Go to Utilities > Maintenance > Schools Input.

• Enter the school.

• Save.   

Adding Employers

• Go to Utilities > Maintenance > Employers Input.

• Enter the employer.

• Save.
