Creating Your Custom Labels
Update stock labels with terminology that's familiar to your employees

About the Custom Label Form
During and after your implementation, you have the opportunity to rename certain fields to terms you and your staff use on a day-to-day basis. You can change the names of certain fields, or the name of actual forms. For example, some clinics like to refer to the Demographics form as Patient Information. It is helpful to look through all of the Custom Labels available.
Creating a Custom Label
- Go to Admin Config > Custom Label.

Identify the field you'd like to change, for example, Demographics.

In the Custom field enter the new term, for example, Patient Information.

Click Apply.
