Connecting to the ClinicTracker Staff Portal

Use our web-based Staff Portal to connect from any device.

Connect from Portal.ClinicTracker.com

1. Go to portal.ClinicTracker.com
2. Enter your clinic code.
3. Submit.
4. Click the Staff Logon link in the top right corner.
5. Enter your username (in the format lastnamefirstinitial) and password.
6. Check "I'm not a robot."
7. Click "Log into my account."

1. Use this link, replacing XYZ with your clinic code, portal.ClinicTracker.com/?clinicid=XYZ&LoginType=Staff
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Check "I am not a robot."
4. Click "Log into my account."
