Discharge Plan

• Trigger: Trigger when Initial Treatment Plan is completed, based on Due Date. This setting gives users the choice to: - Delay the due date to a specified number of days after a successful discharge. - Schedule the due date of the Discharge Plan a certain number of days after the due date of the Initial Treatment Plan (which will be scheduled once it is completed). (e.g. You can configure a rule that sets the Discharge Plan due date at 3 days after a successful discharge, or make it for 5 days after the due date of the Initial Treatment Plan.)
