Custom Clinical Display

Display Clinical Info Tab: Check this box to allow Portal Users to access Patient Portal Clinical Info tab.
Hide Clinical Summary Button: Check this box to hide the Clinical Summary button found on the Encounter Details dialog under the Clinical Info tab in Patient Portal.
Display Kept Encounters Section: Check this box to allow Portal Users to access the Patient Portal > Clinical Info tab > Kept Encounters section.
Hide Details Column in Kept Encounters Section: Check this box to hide Patient Portal > Clinical Info tab > Kept Encounters > Details column.
Display Medications Section: Check this box to allow Portal Users to access the Patient Portal > Clinical Info tab > Medications section.
Display Allergies Section: Check this box to allow Portal Users to access Patient Portal > Clinical Info tab > Allergies section.
Display Problems Section: Check this box to allow Portal Users to access Patient Portal > Clinical Info tab > Problems section.
Display Labs Section: Check this box to allow Portal Users to access Patient Portal > Clinical Info tab > Labs section.
Display Open Notes: Check this box to allow Portal Users to view Progress Notes using the Open Notes feature.
Restrict Open Notes to Locked Records: Check this box to allow Portal Users to only view locked Progress Notes using the Open Notes feature.
