  • Ages Served: The age range of your patients
  • Display Psych Rehab Screening on Admission Summary: If this option is checked, a psych rehab readiness screening will be displayed on the Admission Summary form.
  • Display Qualified/Non-Qualified: Check this option to display a Qualified/Non-Qualified option on Staff Info, along with a dropdown of qualification types that pulls from a Maintenance list.
  • Display Wyoming State Features: If this option is checked, ClinicTracker will display all forms and fields necessary to support the Wyoming WCIS, including the WYPOMS, Location of Service on the Building Setup form, Type of Service on the Service Setup form, and various export/upload options.
  • Display Illinois State Features: If this option is checked, ClinicTracker will display all forms and fields necessary to support the Illinois Mental Health Collaborative Data, including the data collection form and various export/upload options.
  • Display Oregon State Features: Display Oregon COMPASS Features
  • Display Washington State Features: If this option is checked, ClinicTracker will display all forms and fields necessary to support Washington RSN features.
  • Display School Tab on MH Summaries for all Clients: Normally the School tab will only be displayed on the mental health summaries if the selected client is a child. Check this option to display the tab for all clients regardless of age.
  • Display Diagnostic Evaluation: If this option is checked, ClinicTracker will display the Diagnostic Evaluation template in the paperwork menu.
  • Scan Quality (2-255): Scan Quality Factor: Enter a value from 2 (best) to 255 (worst). When scanning documents, there is a tradeoff between quality and file size. The better the quality, the larger the files will be. You can use this setting to determine how much of a premium you want to put on the quality of the scan image at the expense of creating larger files that will consume more space.
  • Display Staff Based Activity: If this option is checked, it will unlock the Staff-Based Activity Module, which can be located in the Paperwork Menu. This form is used to track staff activity that is not necessarily linked to a patient, such as professional development and training.
  • Display Intake Risk Screener: If this option is checked, an additional option Intake Risk Screening will be displayed on the Actions menu of the Demographic Form that prompts for commenting on Psychosis, Suicidality, Homicidality, Drug/Alcohol, and Trauma/Abuse.
  • Display CALOCUS: Check this option to display the CALOCUS in the Paperwork Menu. This is required by the DC DMH.
  • Display ROLES: Check this option to display the ROLES (Restriction of Living Environment Scale) in the Paperwork Menu. This is a section taken from the Ohio scales. In order to use this feature, your clinic must be licensed by the Southern Consortium for Children. The license is free for research and evaluation.
  • ROI Default Notes: Insert By Default: Checking this option will automatically add the default notes that have been configured for the Release of Information form.
  • Allow Overlapping Diagnosis Assignments: Check here if you would like the system to allow overlapping Diagnosis Assignments.
  • Allow Only Creating User (or Administrative User) to Edit Unlocked Diagnosis Assignments
  • Allow only the Assigning Staff to Lock Diagnosis Assignment: Check this option to allow only the Assigning Staff/Provider to lock Diagnosis Assignments. Other staff members will be prompted to set themselves as the Assigning Staff, if available, when locking Diagnosis Assignments. Note: This restriction will not apply to administrative users.
  • Default Number of Days in Future to set New Diagnosis Assignment to End: Enter the number of days in the future to default the Effective Date to end when adding new Diagnosis Assignments. Leave this setting blank to default new Diagnosis Assignments to be open-ended. Note: Users have the ability to adjust Effective Dates when creating new Diagnosis Assignments.
  • Travel Reimbursement Service: The service to use when billing for travel reimbursement on a claim. Note, if no option is selected, entire feature will be disabled.
  • Data Import Maximum Record Limit: Set the maximum number of records that can be imported in one pass. If the worksheet has more, the user will have to pick which records to import for each pass.
  • Last Month of the Current Fiscal/Accounting Year: Defines the last month of a clinic's 12 month accounting period. Used in conjunction with the "Current Fiscal/Accounting Year End" for certain year-to-date financial reports.
  • Current Fiscal/Accounting Year End: Defines the year in which a clinic's 12 month accounting period ends. Used in conjunction with the "Last Month of the Current Fiscal/Accounting Year" for certain year-to-date financial reports.
