Enter the text that you'd like to appear on each Demographics > Insurance Tab.

Administrative users can set a note to appear in the Insurance Tab of the Demographics form.

Entering Your Insurance Notes

  • Go to Admin Config > Insurance Notes.
  • Enter your default text.
  • Save.
