Email Notification Settings

 

  • Appointment Status Change notification enabled?: Notify patient by email when their appointment is confirmed/cancelled. If a patient clicks the confirm/cancel link within their My Schedule link in the Patient Portal or a staff member right-clicks an event on the schedule and sets the reminder status, the patient will get an email.

  • Pending Patient Portal Secure Message A notification enabled?: Notify patient by email when they have secure messages available within their Patient Portal (for certain sending sources).

  • Time (minutes past midnight in server timezone) that the automated job should run to generate same-day telehealth emails.

  • Patient Portal Email Notification Header Logo: Provide a direct URL to your clinic logo. Leave blank to default to ClinicTracker logo.
