My Schedule  

 

When you first open the Staff Portal, you will always see the Scheduler. It functions the same as the one in ClinicTracker, the only difference being that you can access it online.

  1. My Schedule - To access the staff member's schedule (as in the 'My Scheduled Events' widget in ClinicTracker).
  2. Messages - For accessing the staff members messages -- like when you click the 'My Messages' widget in ClinicTracker.
  3. Forms - Displays a list of all forms available to the staff member, similar to Paperwork -> MH Paperwork/CD paperwork in ClinicTracker. This list will include stock forms as well as any custom forms.
  4. Quick Load Favorite View - TLoads the view of your calendar as configured in ClinicTracker.
  5. Preferences - Contains basic options that you can apply to the Scheduler.
  6. Download Schedule - This button is used to download an .ics (calendar) file. It can then be imported into several email and calendar programs.
  7. Add Event - Adds an event to the calendar. You can also double-click on the calendar.
  8. Refresh - Refreshes the Scheduler view after you've made changes.
  9. List View/Calendar View - Toggles the scheduler view between 'List' and 'Calendar'. (Calendar is the default view)
  10. Day/Work Week/Week/Month - Toggles the length of time spanned by the Scheduler. (Day is the default view)
  11. Staff/Patient/Rooms - Displays the schedule as it applies to the staff member, a specific patient, or a room of service.
