Self Service

To find answers on your own, we have a number of self-service resources you can access:

  1. User Support Portal: guide.clinictracker.com
  2. Free Live Webinars: clinictracker.com/help/ehr-software-training
  3. Previously recorded webinars: clinictracker.com/recorded-webinars 

Online Support

If you prefer online support, we have the following options:

  1. Open a ticket by going to guide.clinictracker.com and clicking on the blue support button on the right side of the page. A support representative will respond within 30 minutes.
  2. Email us at SupportDesk@ClinicTracker.com and we’ll automatically create a ticket for you. A support representative will respond within the same 30 minutes.

Phone Support

If you’re more comfortable using phone support or the issue is too complex to handle online, call us at 315-633-4240 ext. 2.

A member of our phone support team should be available for general support inquiries. If we don’t answer your call immediately, leave a message and we’ll get back to you shortly. 

Escalation to Support Manager

Our priority is to provide you with the best training and support possible. If you’re not getting the answers you need or the quality of support you’re expecting, let a member of our management team know immediately.
