Check-In Kiosk

ClinicTracker offers a check-in kiosk system (like at the airport) that can make it quicker and easier for clients to sign in for their appointment. It also allows for social distancing between the patient and your receptionists. This feature is available to all agencies who are licensed for the Staff Portal. 

 

Launching the Check-In Kiosk:

Log into the Staff Portal and click the Kiosk Mode at the top navigation menu.

 

Click on the Start Kiosk Mode button to launch Kiosk Mode.

 

Patients can select their preferred language and click the Get Started button to continue.

 

After entering their first name, last name, and date of birth, the patient should press Check-in.

 

The system will check the patient in once it finds his or her appointment for that day on the Scheduler.

 

Linked staff members receive a notification letting them know that the patient has checked in.

 

Notes:

1) If you have a dedicated computer in the registration area, any staff member can log into their staff portal to launch the kiosk.

2) If a provider wants to check in a single patient on an office computer, they can log in, launch the kiosk, check-in that patient, and then log off the staff portal (or use its other functions).
